Recently,the KAT3.0-300 raise borer developed and manufactured by Kingant was put into use in the Yinshan   Project Department.

The raise borer adopts the self-developed KAT-RCS V2.0 intelligent control system, which can realize human-computer interaction, automatic control and remote control operations; the hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive and full-proportional solenoid valve control, which has strong controllability and low power waste. Multiple sensors can monitor various parts. When a problem occurs, the fault location can be displayed on the panel for quick troubleshooting. Perfect rotation and displacement matching can realize flexible automatic connecting and unloading rod control, reducing the operator's workload.

The whole machine adopts an integrated design and is self-propelled on crawler tracks. It has the characteristics of compact structure (transportation size is only 6500mm*1800mm*2200mm), light weight (21T), and high construction efficiency. The nominal reaming diameter is 3000mm and the reaming depth is 300m.

The power output system of the drilling rig has a stepless adjustment function. Parameters such as speed and torque can be adjusted in real time according to different working conditions, allowing for optimal work efficiency. The machine is simple to operate, has reliable performance, and can adapt to different construction environments. The intelligent control system makes the raise construction work easier, and only one person can complete the construction process.

   The successful putting into use of this raise borer means that Kingant has officially entered the ranks of advanced raise borer manufacturers and has reached a new level in equipment manufacturing.
