The research and development and production of this scraper combines Jinxinxin people’s decades of rich experience in the use, maintenance and repair of mining machinery and equipment, absorbs the advantages of domestic and foreign mining scrapers, and solves the problem of plateau discomfort of domestic scrapers. , also fills the gap in domestic plateau scrapers; solves the problem of difficulty in supplying spare parts for imported scrapers and untimely after-sales service. It is the first underground internal combustion scraper in China that can handle the load freely in plateau mining environment. The configuration and performance are slightly better than imported scrapers of the same model. It has the characteristics of simple operation, no geographical restrictions, strong performance, high cost performance and high production efficiency.

Two scrapers of this type have been used in the company's Pulang and Subei plateau mining projects since the end of 2021, which belong to high-altitude and severe cold working environments. Since its use, it has shown advantages such as strong power, greater shoveling force, reliable hydraulic system, high electrical system protection level, and fast low-temperature start. Maintenance is convenient and fast, and the overall operation condition is good, meeting the design requirements.

Mining product safety mark management is an important means for the state to control the safety performance of mining products. Obtaining this certificate is another milestone for the company in the mining equipment manufacturing sector. So far, the company has obtained KA certificates for two products: underground dump trucks and underground internal combustion scrapers.
